1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver books to all districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you by phone or SMS to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive courier tracking information, where available, so you can track the status of your delivery.

6. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order may be cancelled.

If the parcel is returned to us because the customer refused delivery or was unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the applicable delivery charges.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate when placing your order. Zubair's Education is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted for delivery within Bangladesh only.
